Sponsorship

The sponsorship and exhibition brochure is now available.

At MilCIS there are four major levels of sponsorship:

1. Platinum Sponsorship (one only)—$122,000—including six booths, two complimentary registrations, additional dinner and drinks tickets, naming rights for welcome reception (including presentation), two satchel inserts, one A4 advertisement in conference handbook, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.
2. Gold Sponsorship—$66,000—including four booths, two complimentary registrations, additional dinner and drinks tickets, one satchel insert, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.
3. Silver Sponsorship—$22,000—including one booth, one complimentary registration, one satchel insert, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.
4. Bronze Sponsorship--$12,000—including one complimentary registration, one satchel insert, and logo on all conference marketing and publications.

In addition to opportunities for companies to present papers and tutorials, there are two forms of presentation that are forms of sponsorship:

1. Product Briefs--$2,500—Product Briefs provide an opportunity to present a brief on a commercial product or capability associated with military communications and information systems and network centric warfare. Product briefs are delivered during the Conference program and are 60 minutes in duration.
2. Breakfast Sessions--$4,700-- representative during breakfast session prior to the start of the Conference on the second or third day of the Conference (price includes light breakfast for Conference attendees).

There are also opportunities to sponsor:

1. the conference dinner,
2. lunches, and
3. morning and afternoon teas.

Hospitality suites are also available for private meetings and presentations.
